The proprietary surface treatment technology dramatically improves surface corrosion resistance compared with conventional SUS301.

Main Features of TOKKIN 301 JIN™:
  1. High Strength and High Ductility
    Typical values: Yield Strength (YS) > 1400 MPa and Elongation (EL) > 20%
  2. Superior Surface Corrosion Resistance
    Significantly better corrosion resistance than ordinary SUS301.
This material is suitable for customers who:
  • Need improved workability while maintaining SUS301-level strength.
  • Prefer not to change material composition.
  • Want to eliminate precipitation hardening heat treatment required for SUS631 or SUS632J1.
