| Description | NCH-1 (NCHRW1) is a nickel-chromium resistance alloy designed for high-temperature electrical heating applications requiring excellent oxidation resistance and stable electrical performance. The alloy provides high resistivity combined with good stability at elevated temperatures, making it suitable for continuous heating applications such as surface heating elements. It offers strong oxidation resistance and good high-temperature mechanical strength, enabling reliable performance in demanding thermal environments up to approximately 1100°C. However, the alloy should be avoided in sulfur-containing gases or hot, humid reducing atmospheres due to potential corrosion risks. Typical applications include heaters, heating elements, e-cigarette coils, sealing devices, and other high-temperature resistance components. |
