SUS304 is the most widely used steel grade as a typical garde of austenitic stainless steel and is a material with very good market availability. It is widely used for various applications because of its good balance of mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.

While not as strong as SUS301, it is possible to increase its strength by cold rolling, and can be used for spring components.

In addition, annealed or lightly rolled finishes have higher elongation and can withstand complex processing.
