Description	TDS-J is a high-performance ferritic stainless steel specifically developed to combine excellent corrosion resistance with superior soft magnetic properties. It is designed for applications requiring efficient magnetic response, magnetic shielding, and corrosion resistance in demanding environments. The material exhibits a combination of high magnetic flux density and low coercive force, allowing rapid magnetization and demagnetization. These characteristics make TDS-J highly effective for electromagnetic components, magnetic shielding systems, and precision electronic devices. Through a specialized magnetic annealing process, TDS-J can function as an electromagnetic stainless steel while maintaining the inherent corrosion resistance advantages of stainless materials. Unlike conventional electromagnetic stainless steels that often require plating or surface treatments to prevent corrosion, TDS-J offers corrosion resistance comparable to SUS304, enabling long-term use in general atmospheric environments without additional surface protection.
