Description MP35N™ is a non-magnetic cobalt-nickel-chromium-molybdenum (Co-Ni-Cr-Mo) alloy that offers extremely high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and outstanding fatigue resistance.

It has exceptional resistance to sulfide stress corrosion cracking and performs well in natural gas drilling environments containing high levels of hydrogen sulfide. In seawater applications, MP35N™ exhibits superior resistance to crevice corrosion, stress corrosion, and pitting corrosion.

Due to its excellent biocompatibility, the alloy is widely used in medical devices such as implants and dental instruments. It also maintains excellent mechanical properties across a broad temperature range, from cryogenic conditions up to 454°C.

TOKKIN supplies MP35N™ in a variety of forms, including foils, sheets, ultrafine pipes, rods, and plates.
