| Description | C1020 is high-purity oxygen-free copper (OFC) with a copper content of over 99.90%. It is called Oxygen-Free Copper because it contains extremely low oxygen and no copper oxide (Cu₂O) or residual deoxidizing agents. This results in excellent electrical and thermal conductivity and prevents hydrogen embrittlement, even when heated in reducing atmospheres. It is widely used in electrical components, heat transfer systems, and precision industrial applications requiring high conductivity and reliability. |
