| Description | FCH-2 is a high-temperature resistance heating alloy designed for electrical heating applications requiring stable performance under elevated thermal conditions. It provides good oxidation resistance and is suitable for continuous use at temperatures up to approximately 1100°C. Compared with NCH-type alloys, FCH-2 generally has lower high-temperature strength, but it remains suitable for many heating applications where oxidation resistance is important. Typical applications include heaters, surface heating elements, e-cigarettes, sealing devices, and other resistance heating components. The alloy exhibits strong magnetic properties due to its ferritic structure. |
