Description Alloy 718 is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy equivalent to Inconel 718. It offers excellent workability in the solution-treated condition and develops outstanding strength, corrosion resistance, and fatigue resistance after age-hardening heat treatment.

The alloy combines high tensile strength, creep resistance, and oxidation resistance with excellent weldability, making it one of the most widely used nickel-based superalloys for demanding high-temperature applications.

Alloy 718 maintains excellent mechanical properties across an exceptionally broad temperature range, from cryogenic conditions up to approximately 982°C.

Typical applications include turbochargers, gas turbine components, aerospace engine parts, rocket motors, exhaust systems, and other high-performance components subjected to extreme temperatures and mechanical stresses.

We can supply Inconel 718 or equivalent materials according to customer requirements.
