Description EVANOHM™ R is a nickel-chromium-aluminum-silicon (NiCrAlSi) high-resistance alloy designed for precision electrical resistance applications requiring excellent resistance stability over a wide temperature range.

Compared with conventional nickel-chromium resistance alloys such as NCH-1 (NiCr8020), EVANOHM™ R offers a significantly lower Temperature Coefficient of Resistance (TCR), enabling more stable electrical performance and improved accuracy in precision resistor applications.

The alloy combines high electrical resistivity, excellent oxidation resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and long-term stability, making it suitable for demanding electronic and electrical components.

Typical applications include precision resistors, shunt resistors, temperature sensors, current-sensing elements, fuses, measuring instruments, and other electronic components requiring highly stable resistance values.
